Weird sequence of events to get a scammer on the phone, but we finally got one. “Press 1 to talk to a scammer.”
Scammer thinks her name is Randy Paramy for some unknown reason. Possibly Randy bailed at the ‘press 1 to talk to a scammer’ hack.
Joy says the hackers are linking their debit cards to Randy’s CashApp account. Makes no sense but whatever.
AnyDesk was used.

Randy insists that Joy call her by her full name for the rest of the call.
Joy: “I, personally, do not want you to lose your personal information in future and there will be the fraudinal activities case. These kind of activities are done by these hackers. OK?”

Disappointed that Randy doesn’t have a CashApp account. He tries to get to the bottom of what’s happening. In reality, he’s trying to figure out how he can proceed with a successful scam since his script has been thrown out the window.
Randy attempts to answer all questions with a question.
Steven says he needs to run her situation past his higher authorities.
Steven finds out that Randy’s identity has been compromised.
