Transferred to senior manager, Daniel, because Jessica was struggling with how to get connected to their computer. Transferred back to Roger once connected. Jessica asked about how the recorded calls are used for training.
James and Roger kept calling Jessica “sir,” she so started calling them “ma’am.”
Roger said that they unlocked the charge in her account, which makes no sense to Jessica. Roger said the refund manager would call us. We booped in his face. Roger called us back.
Transferred to Andy (Randy). Andy actually realized that he should call Jessica “ma’am.” Randy sounded a little down and Jessica was concerned for him. Randy asked for Jessica’s life story but she didn’t think she should share details on a recorded line. Randy claimed that he would switch off the recorder but Jessica still didn’t feel OK with that.
Randy became slimy, made us feel uncomfortable just talking to them. He put us on hold, so we booped. They didn’t seem to have any clue what they were doing.

Roger booped when Jessica questioned why he wanted to know how close her bank is. We think the bank page is tipping them off somehow.

Incoming call from John Poe (the Kisser), talking about a business opportunity. We’ve never spoken to him before but he acted like he knew us. Didn’t mention our name, though.
Jessica wanted to start a business making an electronic device to break nuts for squirrels. John said he had invested some money and wanted Jessica to invest some, too. Jessica is traveling tomorrow to Hong Kong to get the money for him.
Jessica: “You never listen to me.”
John is in love with Jessica for some reason and wanted her to blow him a kiss through the phone.
Jessica: “My lips were surgically removed at one point.”
John will call us back when he gets out of work. We booped.

James didn’t answer the question.
Rinoa: “The correct answer is nothing at all with a fedora. If that’s not your answer, it’s wrong.”
James is very confused as to why task manager isn’t working.
Jessica: “I stole a lot of stuff from work if I may say.”
Jessica: “Sir, what weird or useless talent do you have?”
Jessica: “I, personally, like to pee privately, like everyone else.”
Jessica: “Why is your pee on ‘private’?”
James spent a lot of time looking at Jessica’s browser history. Rinoa photoshopped an email superfast because James wanted her to forward the email to him. He seemed to accept the email.
We got in the blue car to go to the bank and withdraw $10,000 cash so that we can deposit that cash into a BitCoin machine. Jessica wanted to call this “Operation Litterbox” but James wasn’t interested in doing this. Jessica broke James’ will by using logic and asking him questions that led to her belief that this was a scam.
Jessica wasn’t willing to invest in BitCoin. James said that the cash through the BitCoin will go back to her bank account but will also create a duplicate transaction that will allow PayPal to track the hackers.
We drove back home with the $10,000 cash. James used the hacker spoof site to show Jessica how much he has learned about the hacker already. Reverse connection rejected.
Jessica caught James in a lie that he couldn’t see her bank account. She called him a liar and a thief. She asked him to disconnect from her computer. He did so and then he booped.

Monkey Butt vs Bank of America Verification Scam
Call was answered by a gawd-awful automated recording.
Prompts asked for full debit card number, expiration date, CVV code, debit card PIN, full social security number, billing address zip code, DOB, full name as it appears on the card, “Monkey Butt.”
We waited while they verified our information. We were then transferred to Bank of America customer service, who promptly hung up on us. It might have been because of all the obviously fake info we provided.

This scam is a very efficient way to gather all the information needed for identity theft.
