We were transferred to Jeremy (Germy) in the accounts team. He said he would call us right back. We booped. Germy called back on another number. Germy started a Zelle transfer into the checking account, but there was a problem with the keyboard. It wasn’t allowing her to type and it was adding extra zeros. The updating blue screen appeared and then the screen was frozen when it went away.
Germy’s phone kept breaking up and Nancy told him it sounded like he was getting karate-chopped. He called back from a different line.
Nancy: “Take your time but hurry up and get me those details as quickly as possible.”
Germy got mad that Nancy said “take your time but hurry up” and put us on permahold. We shut down the computer because it wouldn’t stop updating.
We booped.
Liam Russells (Leon Wrassles / Rascal) called back, upset that Nancy was calling from a Google Voice number. He told us to turn the computer back on.
Liam: “Don’t lose your patience, ma’am. I need to get it connected.”
Nancy: “Give me one second! My feet are naked!”

Liam recommended that Nancy learn some things from Jim Browning, one of Liam’s friends.

James Parker changed his fake name to Robin Wilson (Williams).
