Rinoa’s webcam suddenly forgot that it existed, so we had to stop the stream for a few minutes while the webcam contemplated its existence and considered making better life choices.

Once stream was up again, we tried calling Jacob back but he wouldn’t answer.

Because Laura couldn’t show him the email that she had received, he became very frustrated with her.

He sent her an email to validate her account, but it’s possible that it’s a code to change the password to her email account. Timothy returned to the script word-for-word. Laura asked if he was an idiot.

Timothy said he needed to create a duplicate account and charge her a cancelation fee of $180 for the service being activated because she made a mistake.

Laura: “I made a mistake? Looks like your parents made a mistake, too.”

Laura: “You need to say, ‘I smack both my buttcheeks and you will never be charged for this service.’” He didn’t.

Laura agreed to pay $379 for 3 years of the Ultimate protection, a product that isn’t available on Amazon.

Laura wanted to buy the product on Amazon instead. The call got disconnected, but he called back. He asked her for payment for the cancelation fee. But his call kept dropping and we got tired of answering it. We stopped answering his calls.

Timothy sent a text message saying, “Pick up the phone.”

We finally gave in and answered his call. Timothy likes to play cricket. Laura started to give him her credit card number but the call “got disconnected” (on purpose by Rinoa) again.

AnyDesk & TeamViewer were used.

When AnyDesk wouldn’t stay connected to his computer, he tried to tell her that he couldn’t help her if she didn’t have a smartphone. But then, he decided to try his best and had her download TeamViewer.

Mike was putting Rinoa and all of chat to sleep, so we bailed and booped.
