The scammers were very suspicious. They looked throughout her bank account and tried to transfer money via Zelle.

They had her go to her Amazon account. Despite their promise that it wouldn’t charge her, he placed an order for a giftcard on Amazon. LR had to call Amazon to cancel that charge. She was not impressed with their lack of skill at doing their job.

They seemed to figure out that we were baiting them. They booped.
