James found many hackers on LR’s computer. The call was disconnected. He said he was trying to call back but his calls didn’t come through. We tried calling him but he didn’t answer. Weird.

 

He finally called back and we were able to answer. He found that the hackers had also hacked her cell phone.

He said that someone illegally visited the illegal prawnhub website.

LR: “I’m not sure what type of illegal visit made.”

 

James generated a hacking report.

 

We were transferred to a Chase Bank representative, Alex Cooper.

 

LR: “Microsoft said I was being hacked by prawns.”

 

LR: “And you’re telling me you can’t cancel a transaction of a federal crime? Are you drunk?”

 

Alex didn’t like talking about burgers or rappers, especially not Dr. Dre cutouts. He was trying to explain duplicate charges.

 

We were transferred back to James because Alex didn’t like that we weren’t listening to him. But we were just trying to understand what was going on. We were transferred back to Alex Cooper.

 

LR: “I didn’t make this charge. I was hacked by the prawns.”

 

LR: “Can you say ‘space boogers’ instead of that word that I don’t like.”

 

LR: “You’re asking me to buy more of the space boogers?”

 

Alex: “Will you going to be listening to me?”

LR: “Yes, I’m listening to you, smoothbrain.”

 

Alex told her to go to Lowe’s for some security cards. She didn’t understand why she should have to drive somewhere when the cell service was fine where she was already.

 

As soon as she was in her blue car, they started trying to steal using her Amazon account and then trying to access her bank again.

 

Buying $9,500-worth of gift cards will allow her to create the needed duplicate charge. But she doesn’t understand why the gift cards are needed and thinks that giftcards are a scam. He kept telling her to press number 3 but she didn’t understand when she was supposed to do that and kept pressing it on him. He had to take a deep breath after each time that she did this. He didn’t seem to think it was as funny as we thought it was.

 

LR decided that, instead of telling the manager that the cards are for a child’s birthday party, she’ll tell them it’s for buying hummus.

 

While looking for the gift cards, LR became distracted by an incredible bathroom sink with matching toilet, a his-and-hers set.

 

Alex: “Grab the 19 cards and the toilet set with you. Now, put yourself in your pocket.”

 

The Lowe’s employee only allows a few gift cards with a low limit.

 

LR used the giftcards to buy 2 cabinets, 2 sinks, a squirty toilet, the toilet seat, a shrubbery, and a penguin lamp like he told her to. He claimed that he didn’t say that. Alex’s will to live faded. He bailed and booped.

He couldn’t find an order associated with her order number or an account associated with her email address. After trying for a while to help LR, we discovered that Doom isn’t a scammer. LR told him that she had figured out how to solve the problem herself and didn’t need his help after all. We thanked him for his time and told him that his name is awesome. We bailed and booped.

Filipino people in chat said that his accent sounded Filipino.

He seemed to mistake her for someone who was already midscam. He had her go to her computer.

 

LR didn’t want to log in to her bank account while connected with UltraViewer. He said that she could uninstall UltraViewer and then check her bank account.

 

He said that her phoneline had been hacked.

 

James called the McDonald’s customer care line instead of the Chase Bank customer service department.

 

He bailed and booped but then called back.

 

LR said that she had taken out the wrong card earlier and gave him the correct number this time.

 

We were transferred to Tyler from Chase Bank.

 

LR thought she might have been hacked by a hamster. She found a photo of the likely culprit.

 

Tyler became very suspicious and wanted to call us on our number to verify us.  Apparently, we got verified somehow.

 

After establishing that he is a funny guy, he told her to go to Macy’s because she needs to reduce the available balance on her credit card by transferring her money onto gift cards.

 

LR said that she doesn’t understand why Chase Bank would want her to go to Macy’s. She doesn’t know how far it is to the nearest Macy’s.

 

Tyler is in Tampa Bay, Florida.

 

He said she can go to Target if she didn’t want to go to Macy’s.

 

LR: “Are you like an evil supervillain?”

 

He hasn’t been very helpful.

 

Tyler became very rude for no reason.

LR: “Why are you cursing at me in Hindi?”

 

Tyler fake-laughed, bailed, and booped.
