He asked her to see the email she received. He tried to open her camera, so she shut down her computer. She told him that he should have asked her permission to open her camera. She said that it was impolite. She called him a creep and said that she was convinced he would try to take control of her phone if she let him have access to it.

She determined that it was likely Mr. Whiskers who did this. That cat is always on the computer.

 

Paul is a very dim bulb. We were transferred to Stella Berry (DangleBerry / Stellar Belly).

 

Stella said L-BW had to write down:

1. Illegal visit made.
2. Illegal downloads.
3. Phone lines are tampered.
4. Financial information hacked.
5. Cards used started with 1 through 9.

 

We were transferred to “Chase Bank.” Jason answered our call on a secure line.

 

There were geese on the computer again… somehow.

 

He could see hidden charges on her bank account and he sucked at his job. He was unable to stop the transaction. He was offended by being told that he sucked at his job. He threatened to freeze her account. She repeated that he sucked. He bailed and booped.

Christy said that there was a breach on the network and an attempt at hacking.

 

There were problems with connecting with AnyDesk. We suspect that AnyDesk was intentionally causing the problems. They are doing great things with their work with scambaiters!

 

She said she’d call back after looking into things.

He doesn’t want to lose his job because he has children who need to eat.

 

We were transferred to Samuel, the manager, who thought he could use her printer without asking her first. She called him by the name that our MelonBuddy interpreters identified as his real name. He wasn’t happy about that and claimed there was nobody there by that name. She insisted that she needed to talk to the person by that name.

 

We were transferred to Henry, who said that this person is an executive and was asking why she wanted to speak to him. He came on the phone for a few moments and then left. They all laughed and goofed around for a while. Then, we were transferred back to Samuel.

 

She wanted to cancel the transaction and have them send the $410 instead of the wire transfer that they were asking her for.

 

He definitely did not want her to call her bank and cancel the transaction. He said it wouldn’t work.
