We called the Geek Squad number from yesterday. Dan Wilson answered the call. She asked to speak to Alex and he said that he was Alex. She said that she had the $10,500 cash. He told her to find the nearest BitCoin depot. She needed to “register yourself” on the BitCoin machine, just like people register for Facebook, to verify herself. He asked her if she knew how to take a photo but she didn’t think it was appropriate for him to be asking for a photo of herself. He clarified that he wanted a photo of the money. He said that it looked like more than $10,000. He asked for a photo of the receipt. He asked if she had a camera on her computer, if anyone called her yesterday, and how far the nearest UPS store is. He asked if she had a shoebox, bubblewrap, foil paper, and duct tape or cellotape (packing tape). He told her to keep $500 as compensation for all her trouble. She insisted that he put that offer in writing so many times that he told her she can’t have it after all, proving her point of why she needed it in writing.

He told her to wrap the cash with the foil paper but this confused her. He compared it to wrapping a burger, but then she thought he meant to keep the end of it unwrapped so it could be eaten. He got angry about that. His angry cash-wrapping instructions follow/ He said to wrap it in a magazine, then grab a shoebox. He asked her to add some “garbage paper.” She starting listing off the garbage she was adding to the box, including banana peels and toilet paper.

He told her to remove the cash because he doesn’t think she did it properly and couldn’t follow the instructions to ship it properly. He told her to go to Walmart now. She booped in his face.

He called back and said they got disconnected. She told him that she hung up on him because he made her do all that work for nothing. Arguing ensues. He said to go to BitCoin again. She argued some more. She kept booping him for giving conflicting destinations, saying she’s not going to keep following random instructions for no reason. He called back and said she was playing a very good game, wasting his time. She booped in his face again!

Nicolas Cage photos populated all the image spots in her bank account. He never noticed. Arthur said that they were having some bad weather, and that was why the refund portal was not working. He said he would refund each transaction separately. He asked if she had ever purchased BitCoin. He transferred us back to Alex to get cancellation codes, then back to Arthur.  

Arthur’s manager was very angry about the mistake. The manager said that she could send the money back by wire transfer to Hong Kong. He told her to go to the bank. He coached her on what to say and not to say at the bank. He was checking her email, definitely suspicious. He found her “not secure” logo and booped.

Then, he called back, accusing her of booping him. Rinoa said he was looking through everything on her computer. He was really angry and bossy at this point and said he would report her to the police for wasting his time, then demands that she start driving. He asked her real ID, because he had seen her emails. He said that she was a hacker and to use her real voice. He told her to go to the bank and return their money. She booped him because he was searching too deep into her computer.
