NW asked for several thousand dollars for a new business loan, for bird feeding and bird sitting for seniors, “Crackers for Polly.”  Jacob said they couldn’t do a business loan for a business that is not registered. He told her to call back when it is registered and she has bank statements for them.

NW called Geek Squad with an email and invoice number for a Sports Center charge that she wanted to cancel.  Steve had NW connect to a cancellation site. She clicked “cancel my order.” Order was cancelled. Bye. Boop.

He was still connected to her computer. Was this a gift card scam or something else?

NW vs Alex Andy — Microsoft

NW called Microsoft with an error on her Windows server.  Scammer Alex Andy had her install the “Microsoft security server” (UltraViewer). NW called Alex Andy “Double A.”  He didn’t mind.

He had her pull up the cmd screen and run netstat.  AA explained there were hackers, including a hacker that made an illegal prawn purchase.  AA told NW to check her email and bank. NW told AA to stop using prawn words. NW booped because he kept saying bad words.

After several call back attempts, NW answered and told AA to say “gremlin fart” instead of prawn words. The scammer didn’t follow these instructions and got booped.

Another call back from AA. The creepy scammer tried to turn on her web cam, then tried to blame hackers for doing that.  NW shut down her computer and told him he was a “nasty dirty filthy scumbag sicko dog butt.” Booped him.

Scammer called back. He tried to blame the hackers and to apologize. NW didn’t believe him and called him a scammer. Booped him.

NW vs Daren Lee (Janet) & Google Octopus — Norton LifeLock Security

NW called Norton and spoke with Daren Lee, who she renamed Janet. NW wanted to cancel the purchase she didn’t make. Janet had NW connect to AnyDesk. Then, he sent NW to check her router so that he could stay connected without her knowledge. They proceeded with the scam and opened cmd, ran netstat, and found 5 hackers.  He transferred our call to the Security manager, a server named “Google Octopus.”  We booped and received a call back from Google Octopus.  He introduced himself as “Norton security officer from Google.”  He asked for NW to help catch the hackers “red handedly.”  Octopus wanted NW to buy Apple gift cards to help with a sting operation with FBI.  Octopus told NW to open her bank on her computer so they could deposit money for gift cards. NW said this was over her head. He persisted. She called him Squidward and booped him. The Anydesk acct was reported!!

A scammer called using a high pitched squeaky voice and noises.  We just booped him.  We suspect it was a scammer from the previous day.

AA had made 10 more attempted calls, which we didn’t answer.
