He connected the computers, then the call was disconnected. We called back and someone answered. We asked if it was Sam. He said he was. Then, Sam called us back. We booped Fake Sam to answer real Sam’s call.

 

We filled out the refund form but the money didn’t show up in the account. We were loudly concerned about the fraudulent order.

 

Sam said that we needed to hang up the call and answer the call from his manager.

 

Sam: You need to hang up this call.

JW: How will I get my money if I hang up?

We booped in his face.

 

Manager Robin Moore called us. He guided us through the manual entry of the refund. Something went terribly wrong. JW wasn’t listening properly and made the mistake. Robin was quite distressed.

 

When JW realized the extra money was showing up in her account. She started crying. He told her that, if she cried, her bank account would “be freezed.” He said not to call the bank.

 

She tried making suggestions on what to do to fix the problem. Robin didn’t seem to think her ideas were good ideas.

 

Robin told her to go to the bank and withdraw the cash.

 

Robin: Hey there, stupid lady!

 

JW was confused as to what she was supposed to say to the bank. Robin asked if we had a YouTube channel. Then, he told us to go to the bank and withdraw ONLY CASH.

 

We drove home and packed up the cash as he requested.

 

Robin was talking to his senior, Sanny. He gave us the shipping address. He told us that we need to ship the cash to that address overnight, but we had an appointment to go to. It is a very important appointment and one that we can’t reschedule for another 3 months if we don’t make it there today.

 

Robin: I don’t care about your appointment. The money is more important.

 

We booped to go to our appointment.

He found some possible fraudulent charges, one from Canada. She couldn’t access her Amazon account to check on things.

 

She asked if this is why she’s been getting shipments of bacon every other Friday. She checked her bank account for recent activity. There was nothing there.

 

He told her not to do any bank transactions online for the next 24 hours. He said that we “cancelled Canada.”

 

He bailed and booped.

He connected the computers.

 

We were transferred to Harvey. Through no fault of her own, NW got WAY too much money as a refund. He blamed her, but nobody knew what really happened. He sent a report to his billing team.

 

He looked into it and found that she had accidentally put a 4 instead of a $ on the form she completed.

 

He said he would lose his job and be in the danger zone if she didn’t fix this mistake.

 

He told her to go to CVS to buy Apple Gift Cards.

 

Harvey: You are not letting me to talk!

 

He told her to bring her driver’s license and credit card and debit card to CVS. She said that she would and then booped in his face.

 

He called her back and they spent several minutes discussing whether or not she should hang up the phone on the way to CVS.

 

NW: Stop writing on the notepad, you Muppet!

 

They continued to argue about whether or not she should hang up the phone while driving.

 

NW: Shut up, you butt nugget!!

She agreed to go and shut down her computer to save energy while she was gone.

 

After the scammer burped many times on the call, she asked, “Have you been swallowing fart bubbles today?”

 

We started speaking to him again when we reached our destination. As he was telling us what to do next, stream froze. We’ll call him again tomorrow.
