He put us on hold and hadn’t cancelled the transaction when he returned to the phone. He wanted to first explain about all the suspicious activity they found, saying that her account was logged into from 6 to 7 different locations and that her account had been hacked.

JW: “You think I logged into 67 locations?!”

JW: “What does this have to do with cancelling my order?”

Adam: “Right now, cancelling the order might not be the best idea.”

He said that the IP address had been compromised, so we needed to connect the IP address to the PayPal secure server. He asked how many devices she had connected to the wifi.

JW: “Apparently, I have an Apple watch coming that you refuse to cancel.”

She was sure to tell him about the cat litterbox that she had connected to the wifi.

Adam told her to go back to her regular screen. She said that she was on the “prawn hub,” which is a beautiful wallpaper image of several prawn. Adam went silent… he must have heard something different.

Once connected to the “security server,” he had her open up a prank website in an attempt to convince her that there are some real problems on her network. He forgot to hide the big screen that warned that it was a prank site… and then a popup ad wrecked the whole thing by hiding too much of the screen. She couldn’t see what he wanted her to see.

It was showing her IP address “that’s compromised.” Then he had her click on a “scripts” folder – then click on the “map” option. “Tracing contact” screen came on. It was showing where the hackers are! Adam kept moving the map popups all over the screen to try to show it to her, but the latency was making it so that he was moving it too far. He said that the hackers were moving it to prevent her from seeing. She keeps hiding the popups behind the ad.

He said that the hackers were mainly headquartered in London. They have uploaded over 300 videos using her IP. Adam was about to look for the website where the hackers have sent those 300+ videos. JW was shocked at what she was seeing. She yelled at Adam for being unprofessional by showing her this site. Adam said that it was a pornographic site and that it’s a crime and that the FTC was working on the case right now. He said he’d transfer us to the FTC officer.

We were transferred to FTC Officer Joel Christie, attorney. He got a report that her identity had been misused, etc. He said that the call was being recorded and would be used as evidence. He said that there were 8 to 9 bank accounts created over the border and that there was hacking from all around the world. He said that the treasury department proved that SHE did it. She argued and he was quite rude in return.

He said that he placed the arrest warrant on hold, then threatened being behind the bars soon. She yelled that he was pointing his crispy bacon finger at her. He switched from saying that she did it to saying that her identity was stolen, back and forth, back and fourth. He said some rude things, then booped.

They called back and were quite rude. We booped again. They called back to ask why she was wasting their time. She pointed out that they called her back, so they’re wasting their own time and hers as well. She booped in their faces.

He said that he scams Americans every day and he’s proud of what he’s doing because “US people are the foolest people” he’s ever seen. He became more vulgar. His parting shot was “and you’re a flower” though.
