JW provided Scammer with the Invoice number. She wished to have the service cancelled.

Scammer said that she has already been charged.

Scammer asked her to press the 4-flag window key and hold it down. After sending her to a website, the Best Buy/Geek Squad Cancellation and Refund Form came up. JW completed the form and received a confirmation number Geeks-78662.

JW: Why are you charging me? I don’t want these charges.

Scammer: You didn’t authorize, right?

JW: Yes, I didn’t authorize…I don’t understand why you charged me!

Scammer instructed JW to log into her online bank account and accept the option for the funds. The funds would be instant.

She was to login to her online banking and check from “your side”.

Note: Rinoa’s bank is not working. The IP changed again…issues with bank.

Scammer told JW she cannot use her phone to login. She must use the same computer she is on.

Scammer: Are you facing any problem ma’am?

JW: I can’t find the excess money in my account looking at my phone. Nothing has been sent!

Scammer: Listen to ME! Listen to ME! You are connected to our Geek Squad server. Log in from the same computer!

Scammer was getting increasingly upset with JW!!!!!

JW: I don’t see anything displayed there!

Scammer: Don’t use ….

BOOP!!! We booped due to the bank not working properly.
