He connected the computers and sent the refund. We checked our account and it wasn’t showing in our account.

The phone was disconnected. We called back and Mark answered. Then the first guy came back on the line.

 

We were transferred to Jack Dawson from the accounts team. We told him that we hadn’t received the refund.

 

He told us to call him back and he booped. We called back. He asked a question and then booped. He typed on the computer that he wanted us to call him.

 

We called Jack. He put us on hold. He said that the line was dropped when they were trying to transfer the call. We were transferred to Derek Jones. He gave two numbers that he couldn’t give us reasons for.

 

We asked to speak to a supervisor because Derek was useless. We were transferred back to Jack.

 

He said that he would stop the refund so that she could confirm that it was working, then he would do the work. (These guys had NO CLUE what they were doing.)

 

He said he wasn’t blaming us for the mistake when the refund was way too high. He looked into the problem and said that they couldn’t cancel the refund.

 

JW: You guys are so unprofessional. It’s like it’s your first day on the job.

 

He told us to go to the Dollar Tree or the CVS to buy giftcards. JW was concerned about repaying with giftcards and how there would be no record of her repayment using giftcards. He said that he would send her the paperwork to her email address and her mailing address. She asked for the paperwork to be sent via email right away and he said that he couldn’t do that right now.

 

She told him that it was ridiculous for him to ask her to go to 9 different stores to get all the needed giftcards. He said he would pay her for the gas she used to go to the stores.

 

He asked if she had other banks.

JW: Why? Do you want to accidentally send more money there, too?

He then asked if she had dealt in crypto before.

 

JW: If you can’t figure out how to get your money back, then I’m keeping it. Because I can’t deal with this.

 

He took all the money from all of our bank accounts.

 

He bailed and booped, but then wrote a note on the computer to call him back if we wanted our money.  

 

We called back and asked for Shack Dawson. He said to hang up the call and call back. We called back and Mark answered. We asked to speak to Shack Dawson, the accounts manager.

 

They bailed and booped, then typed a new phone number on the computer for us to call, but that number wasn’t in service. We finally got through to someone and Jack answered.

 

Jack: Hold on. Don’t hang up.

JW: I haven’t been hanging up. I’ve been hung up on.

 

He wanted to use her credit union account to pay with crypto. But she wanted to know why they took all her money.

 

JW: You stole all my money. Can you just return my money and keep your money, you wombat?

 

She said that she could buy giftcards, but that she didn’t have any money to buy them with since he stole all her money.

 

He said to login and send the money via BitCoin. She said she wanted her money. He said he would return her money when she was in the parking lot of a store to buy giftcards.

 

We were transferred to senior supervisor, Richard Madden. He couldn’t answer any questions. We were transferred back to Jack. He told her to leave the house right now.

 

He wanted to build up trust by telling us he loved us. She said that they should do a trust fall and she wanted to hear him fall.

 

Jack: I’m falling in love with you.

JW: You’re disgusting. You’re a pig. You’re a quack.

 

He wanted to build a friendship. She said that she wanted to hear the trust fall first.

 

He returned the money to her accounts. His voice cracked, even though he’s 28 years old. He said it might be because he had a hangover.

 

JW: You’re still a boy.

Jack: I’m just a boy to you?

JW: That’s what it sounds like.

 

He pretended to fall, as she was requesting, but we didn’t hear it.

 

She shut down the computer to head to the CVS. He didn’t want her to do that. He said that he would take her money again. She said that she was going to hang up the phone. He said that he stole her money again and locked her computer.

 

He told us to go to the store and seemed to confidently believe that he wasn’t a dumb-dumb.

 

We booped to get in the car. When we didn’t call him back, he started sending messages to call him. We called him back. The store owner only sold us one card, but warned us that he might be a scammer.

 

He told her to go to the Dollar Tree. She sent him a photo of a $500 “Deez Nutz” target giftcard.  She told him off and booped in his face.
