Sausage Fingers...

Stream Timestamp [00:29:04]

JW vs Allen James & Xavier Johnson — Geek Squad

Refund Amount: $249.00

Scam Amount: $249,999.00, then $24,999.00

Allen: Don’t use your mind, ma’am. Please.

They connected the computers, but had to wait for the code to come through.

Allen: How much old are you?

Her bank wasn’t updated because it wasn’t open yet. We were transferred to Xavier Johnson, the manager.

She’s had a good morning because she got to feed her cat. Xavier has a cat and a dog and plans to get another dog from his mother and he has a girlfriend named Lopez.

We were transferred back to Allen.

Refund ID# 504698AKK

Allen’s morning has been too hard. He transferred us back to Xavier.

He opened the refund portal on our computer. He told her to wait until he explained everything, but she didn’t wait. She hit enter to confirm her name, which he didn’t like. He told her to release her finger after typing her name.

JW: What is the release finger button?

Xavier: You cannot act like a kid, ma’am. Please.

Xavier also wanted to know her age. Creepy. He said something about his talent, but wouldn’t explain.

The server added too many 9s. It transferred $24,999!! He immediately got a call from his senior, telling him that there was a problem. Xavier was very upset.

Xavier: You put some extra 9 but mistakely.

She tried to remove the mistake. It wouldn’t change.

Xavier: You can’t keep our money and ranned away. It’s not possible.

Xavier tried to stop the transfer, but he was unable to do so. We were transferred back to Allen. JW was very upset about what has happened.

Allen’s talent was that he was a footballer. We were transferred back to Xavier. He couldn’t fix the problem right away. JW said she would call her bank and see if they could do anything about it. She booped in his face. He didn’t call back. We called him back after we spoke with our bank.

We were transferred immediately to Xavier Johnson. She told him that the bank said the money has just been moved around, but that the money wasn’t there.

Xavier said to go to the bank to withdraw the money. We were transferred back to Allen after Xavier got frustrated. He told her to look at her computer, but it had been put into safe mode. He took it off safe mode and she shut it down so that he couldn’t put it in safe mode again. He told her to restart so that she could give the money back.

She said she wouldn’t do that because the money wasn’t in her account. He told her that she was going to go to jail because he was going to make a complaint about her for money laundering. She said that he was being ridiculous and that HE should be going to jail. He bailed and booped.

JW vs Mark Creppel (Mark Crapbell) – PayPal

Calling about a charge for Norton

Refund Amount: $379.99

Invoice #INVO351747LVF20ZW

He got the computers connected and started trying to figure out what the problem is. He talked about some possible hackers and tried to find problems in her network. He was very clever and obviously knew what he was doing. He found a lot of stuff that most scammers don’t.

He told her to go to her banking website so that they could get the funds back to her through verification. He was an expert scam-splainer.

Mark: I’m sure you have a sharp mind.

This scammer was too good at his job, likely very successful… and that makes him more dangerous to victims. He managed to hijack her email account.

He said he needed her to open her bank account so that he could send the money by Zelle. He would need to take a screenshot of the transaction in her bank account.

He left the session. When she asked why, he said that it was an automatic disconnection that detected that there is no work being done. He told her to reconnect so that he could make a transaction of money from her account to his pocket. He walked this back when she called him out on it, saying he only said that because he thought that’s what she wanted to hear.

He told us about how successful he is and how he’s friends with his big clients. He then lost his temper and started using bad words. We booped in his face.

JW vs Dianna Evans (Diarrhea) & James Miller (Jims Millers) & Kevin Williams — Geek Squad

Inv #H51LM742

Refund Amount: $451.51; $100 first, then the rest

Scam Amount: $10,000.00

Quick Assist was used.

We realized that we had unintentionally called a scammer we already spoke to almost a month ago.

The call connection was terrible. She sounded like a computer. She called us on a better line. She explained what was going on, then transferred us to James Miller. He sent a cancellation form to our screen.

We were transferred to the refund manager, Kevin William. We spoke to this man about a month ago with a different character.

He told us James had been working there for 4 years who was still learning how to do the job because math is hard.

We were connected to the Wells Fargo portal… but there was an error. The refund was almost 1 million dollars, but ended up being $10,000. He was not very helpful in fixing this error. They got hung up on who authorized or didn’t authorize this transaction.

Kevin: You are making things up in your brain which are not even related to it.

He said he would make her understand. He didn’t succeed at this task. He said something about investment money, authorized and unauthorized transactions, etc. He accused her of being a hacker and started saying unkind things.

JW: You’re not making any sense. What are you talking about? Have you lost your mind?

He asked her how close her bank is to her. She refused to let him get away with his previous bad behavior.

She said she had only withdrawn $7 from her bank in the past, because she usually uses her card. He said he had withdrawn $20,000 in cash before to buy a car… But she was worried that she got ripped off. He said he didn’t want to talk about personal things.

They couldn’t come up with a good personal reason for her to withdraw the money. He said that the bank would report her to the IRS if she said the wrong thing. He said to tell them she was buying a car, but she had just taken out a loan. He said to tell them she was going to give it to a friend in need. One of his fingers had morphed into a hotdog, and he needed money to pay for the medical treatment of his sausage finger. At an impasse, he bailed and booped. But he called back.

He said to tell the bank that her friend needed surgery for his arms. She said that she’d include the details that he broke his elbow playing tennis. We left the phone in the car while we went into the bank.

He told her to send a photo of the cash, but she didn’t understand how she was supposed to send cash through a phone. He told her to use email, but she didn’t know about sending cash through an email either. He admitted that he was logged into her bank account and didn’t see the withdrawal before it automatically logged out. She got mad that he was monitoring her account.

He asked if an Apple Store was nearby. She got mad that he wanted her to buy him Apple products. He asked for her zipcode. He asked her if she knew what Apply Giftcards were. This confirmed for her that he was a scammer. She had seen the signs in stores and had talked to the bank teller. We booped in his face. He called back. He said we could send the cash. She told him she didn’t want to talk to him anymore and that he needed to text her now. She said that it seemed he was doing something shady. He asked for her zipcode again. She told him to have his bosses contact her. We booped in his face. He called back. She told him to send her the shipping address for the cash and to have his bosses call her. We booped in his face again!
