We were transferred to a financial manager, Brad Wilson.
**We spoke with Alex Wilson yesterday and we spoke with Brad Wilson in Episode 326 from July 25, 2022. Brad also “called” Charlie at the BBB this day.**
Jessica: “How the duck did that happen?”
Brad said Jessica needed to go to the bank to withdraw cash.
Brad: “Ma’am, can you just keep quiet? I’m requesting from my heart, ma’am.”
Brad: “You just speak for 10 minutes. I will wait and then I will talk.”
Brad said he would send the BBB to our doorstep because Jessica was asking questions instead of complying. He booped. We called back and asked for Brad. Brad said he wouldn’t answer any questions. He said to do what he says or he would freeze the account and send the BBB after Jessica.
Brad “called” Charlie at the BBB to report us.
Jessica: “Don’t be a turd. Nobody likes a turd.”
Jessica: “You need to calm down. You’re acting like a baby carrot that needs to get smacked with a fish.”
We got in the blue car to go to the bank to withdraw $9,500 cash “for construction.” Jessica didn’t understand why she was supposed to lie to her bank. Brad said that Jessica would lose all her money for 2-3 years if her bank freezes her account.
Jessica: “Could you answer the ducking question? On a scale from 1 to 10, how do you think your customer service is?”
Jessica: “I just sent you a text back, you elephant turd.”
Brad apologized because Jessica didn’t want to talk to him anymore but she had cash sitting beside her in the car and he wanted the cash.
Jessica: “If I have a question, I will ask you. Otherwise, I want silence.”
Jessica: “Did I ask you to talk?”
Brad: “No.”
Jessica: “Good boy.”
We reported a Bank of America account!
Jessica: “When little boys ask for something, what do they say? What’s that magic word that starts with a p? Just say, ‘please.’ When you ask for something, you ask nicely and you say, ‘please.’”
We told him we’d call back after we sent the money. We booped. He called us back.
Brad: “Please don’t hang up the line. Please be with me.”
Jessica: “Brad, I would appreciate it if you didn’t lie to me. I know you don’t got any friends. Not with that attitude, you baby carrot.”
We booped on the way to Bank of America and said we’d call after we sent the money.
He called back. We didn’t answer.

Margaret: “I had to turn the wifi blaster on. It helps with the internet.”
Margaret’s computer autocorrected “refund” to “fraud.” The “refund” form said “Fraud Form – Request a fraud in 15 minutes” at the top. And one field lower on the form asked for the “fraud amount.” Tim didn’t seem to notice.
Tim: “Your internet is fluctuating, ma’am.”
Tim was trying to store Margaret’s password info but Rinoa blocked him from doing that. We were transferred to Roger Jones, who likes to laugh.
We learned that Roger has been married for 8 years.
F7 strikes again!
Margaret: “You can call me Peggy.”
F7 strikes again!
Margaret: “I didn’t make any mistakes, damnit. I didn’t make any mistakes.”
Margaret booped so that she could call her bank. Before she could call the bank, Roger called her back. She answered the phone and asked if it was Chase Bank. Roger said it was, indeed, Chase Bank on the phone. The representative’s name was Ben Holder. Roger made it seem like this was a 3-way conversation between Roger, Ben, and Margaret.
MelonBuddy Translation: Pick up the phone and pretend like you’re from the bank.
We thanked Ben for his help and booped when Roger got back on the line as if we didn’t hear him. Roger called back. Margaret couldn’t use her printer because the cat (Mr. Nibbles) slept on it and shed cat fur, which got caught in the printer.
We reported another Bank of America account! This is the second account we reported today AND it’s the second account we’ve reported on this call center.

Margaret: “I have a child. She’s a little brat but I love her to death.”

Just when Rinoa was going to call another scammer, Roger called us back or we somehow called him. We told him we would call him back after we sent the money. 1hr 16min 59sec

Jessica’s computer had a security warning about a trojan virus that had been found on her computer. Andy said that her computer got infected with Spyware. Andy’s phone kept breaking up.
Jessica: “It sounds like your phone might be compromised as well.”
Jessica: “Could you call me back on a better line? It sounds like you’re calling from a toilet seat. It’s awful.”
Andy said he would call us back from a better line but he didn’t.

Jack thought that the email may not be a real one and said he would check for hackers on her computer.
Jessica: “It sounds like you’re in a wind tunnel. Is there any way you could turn the fan off?”
Jack asked her for first and last name, email address, phone number. After seeing the email, he said that it was fake.
We booped because we were bored with him. Rinoa made an annoying sound for Jack just before booping.
