Rinoa joined the session as a secondary Norton user to confuse and frustrate Steven.

Rinoa changed all the icons on the desktop to say, “Scammer on Phone” using the secondary Norton account she created in the remote session. When Steven wouldn’t break the connection and give her access to her computer, she shut down the computer.

Steven said that he would take all of Jessica’s money if she shut down the computer. She told him to take it.
