Sam said that someone hacked Margaret’s information.

Margaret couldn’t find the romeo key, only the reboot one. Sam told her she needed to look at the keyboard, not the computer screen.
Margaret’s computer runs on Windows RG (Real Good edition)!! Scammer didn’t seem to know what to do with that.
Sam said that Margaret needed to go to a store to buy a $500 encrypted card so that he could fix her computer.
Sam booped. We called back. We were put on foreverhold.

Steve kept typing “MILK SPONGE” on notepad. We believe he was trying to call Nancy out on being KitBoga.

After close inspection, Steve decided to continue with the scam.

Steve restarted the computer. When it restarted, it restarted as what Nancy is used to and she could see her games again. Nancy uses Skynet as her default search engine.

Steve: “You don’t have patience, ma’am.”

Margaret booped when another call came in. It was Steve!

Steve called back.
Nancy was excited that her solitaire was working again, thanks to Steve fixing her computer.
Nancy hasn’t ever left her house since the development of delivery apps.
Nancy: “I’d rather just stay inside and live in my filth. Know what I mean?”
Nancy opened her Skynet browser, which is essentially a ten times better option to Google. It’s “an artificial intelligent learning search engine.”
Nancy started to run a cleanup app and started playing Sonic. Steve closed her game.
Steve: “I am doing all the things.”
Nancy opened the calculator in case he needed it. He continued to “do the work” but stopped responding. We booped.
We called Steve back. Mike answered. Steve wasn’t available, so Mike said he would help us. Mike said he would transfer us to a technician. He put us on foreverhold. We booped again.
Nancy logged into Chase Bank, hoping to lure them back in.

The alert said that Margaret has been visiting some inappropriate stuff. Her grandchildren use her computer when they visit.
Alex said that Margaret had been a victim of identity theft. He said he needed to examine her network to gather the evidence of the fraud so she wouldn’t get into trouble with the law.
Margaret filled out the “Identity Theft Report,” which was just a prompt on notepad.
Margaret: “How do I smack my private IP?”
Alex: “You need a license key.”
Margaret: “So, you need a license key to smack your privates?”
Alex recommended that Margaret purchase SonicWall for $1,551 to protect her from hackers. This was the price after the senior citizen discount. Regular prices were around $2,000-2,300.
Alex said that she should pay for these services using a paper check and that she would be getting a call from someone from SonicWall to help her further and install the program.
Rinoa got a mailing address to report!
Margaret: “Have a lovely day, Alex. Don’t bite your tail or anything. The stench of the sewer can make you a little dizzy, so don’t bite your tail.”
We were transferred to Jake. He was super suspicious and interrogated Margaret.
Margaret: “You thought I had a beautiful voice and you thought your little rat ears should get on the phone?”
We were transferred back to Alex, who said that he would transfer our case.
Margaret: “Well, your billing manager sucks.”
We were transferred back to Jake.
Margaret: “Hello? Sewer breath is back.”
Margaret: “I send my garbage down to you.”
We were transferred back to Alex.
Margaret: “If you both come together, you might have a full thought.”
He booped, apparently offended.

They were still connected to her computer, so Margaret searched for images of rats and put those on her screen for them to see. They continued to work on Margaret’s computer, trying to steal money, long after the call ended.
