We could hear scammers yelling in the background. David went to the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands afterward. We were transferred to Travis Dyer and then transferred countless other times throughout the call.
They had difficulty with the connection after completing the form. We were transferred back to David. David fixed the problem, then transferred us back to Travis.
Nancy: “That’s where I’ve heard the name from. It’s a famous toilet plunger company. Right? Yeah, ‘Travis Dyer Toilet Plungers,’ if I’m not mistaken.”

We were transferred to senior manager, Michael, who messed up the transfer and might have to pay a $7,000 fee or even lose his job.
Nancy: “That’s on you guys. You guys need to figure that out. Maybe you can do a crowdfunding with your coworkers.”

Nancy told Michael that she couldn’t pay him $7,000. He said that she would be able to keep an additional $690 and only return $30,000.
Nancy was very confused as to why she couldn’t tell the bank what went wrong. He asked her to wire the money to his bank account. He started deleting files off Rinoa’s computer.
Michael gave Nancy bank information for the wire transfer. Rinoa will report the bank account.
Nancy: “Can I ask why you felt it was necessary to delete some of my files on my computer?”
We booped in his face to go to the bank to transfer $30,000 to their account.
He called back to tell Nancy to ignore the bank if they say the money was transferred from her savings. This made her suspicious, so Nancy checked her account on her tablet and the extra money wasn’t there anymore. It was only a transfer between the accounts.
Nancy: “I’m starting to think that the bank needs to charge you the $7,000.”
We were transferred back to Travis. Travis and his coworkers came up with many completely nonsensical explanations for what was going on.
Nancy: “Which idiot am I speaking with now?
Nancy: “I’m starting to think that you guys are just a bunch of idiots.”
Nancy: “I’m confused as all hell right now.”
Nancy decided that they should just have to pay the $7,000 penalty since they messed up and it keeps getting more confusing.
We booped to go to the bank. Michael called us back. Nancy’s bank said that the money wasn’t there. Nancy said she wouldn’t transfer the money unless he could explain where the money went.
Nancy: “How do I get your money back to you when the money isn’t in my account?”
Nancy: “You need to talk to your accounting team. They figured out how to take back the money.”
We were transferred back to Travis.
Nancy: “You need to unhide the money so that I can send it to you.”
Travis said that the transaction is hidden so that they don’t have to pay a $7,000 fee.
Nancy: “Do you want to lose $7,000 or $30,000? You need to show me the money so I can send your damn money back.”
Nancy: “Can I speak to an adult there or something?”
Travis accused Nancy of running away with their money. Travis said that she only needs to return $29,000 now.
Nancy: “You little air biscuit, listen to me for a second.”
Nancy: “Show me the damn money and I’ll send it to you!”
We said we’d go back home and call him. We booped. Travis called back, angry that it took so long for her to answer her phone. We had stopped for food on our way home.
Nancy: “I can be busy. OK?”
Travis: “Everything is broken because I am broken.”
Nancy: “Are you feeling emo today?”
Nancy: “Rent-A-Center came for their dryer. They put you on a forklift and carried you away!”
Travis claimed that he had a one-day-old baby but might have been kidding. Nancy told him to listen to Cat’s in the Cradle.
Travis showed and explained that the money was in her account. Nancy said that she would send the money. He said she couldn’t send the money tomorrow instead of today. She agreed to go to the bank and transfer $29,000.
Nancy: “I’m not investing in your company. Your imaginary company is crap.”
Travis locked Nancy’s computer until she sends the money. Nancy said that she would call him back after she sent the money.
We booped in his face after calling him a little bitch. He called back.
We booped in his face again. He called back again. We answered and then left the line open and walked away.
We will call him back tomorrow after going to the bank tonight.
