Jessica Wilson vs David Hawks & Michael Hibbs (Hips / Hicks) -GeekSquad
Refund amount $299.99
Transfer amount $3,699.99
UltraViewer was used.
Jessica is a wedding photographer.
David has 5 dogs: an “American German shepherd,” a husky, a pomeranian, a mutt, and a beagle.
David: “I laugh a lot. It costs nothing.” (fake laugh)
We booped in his face when he told us somebody would be calling us.
Michael called us back.
Rinoa: “In the background, that is a dinosaur trying to plunge a toilet.”
Michael: “Don’t think I will leave you stranded.”
Michael: “It’s OK. You keep talking.”
Michael: “We will proceed for the refund or we will keep talking? How is it?”
Michael: “It’s not that necessary that you need to do the talking business.”
Michael set up a lock on her computer but didn’t lock it yet.
F7 strikes again!
Jessica: “Now it says my bank name is my zip code.”
Michael: “Please try not to complex the situation more.”
Attempted Zelle transfer of $999.00.
Michael: “If you file a complaint, your account will get blocked. You want me to do that?”
Michael: “We are trying to take our money. Don’t we have a right to take our money?”
Jessica: “Yes, but don’t I have a right to my computer?”
Jessica shut down her computer because he wouldn’t let her use her computer.
Jessica: “You’re making me feel very uncomfortable.”
She explained that she hasn’t been able to process what he has been doing and she didn’t appreciate him being rude to her. He apologized.
When she turned on her computer again, it was locked. He said that he wouldn’t unlock the computer until she approved the Zelle transfer alert on her phone.
Michael didn’t think he should be treated the way she was treating him.
Jessica: “I don’t care.”
Jessica said that they could keep her computer and, if they did, then she would keep his money. Jessica became frustrated with how poorly Michael had been treating her. She told him that she had no respect for him. She booped in his face because she was done talking to him.
David called back.
David: “There has been some inconvenience that has been caused.”
Jessica: “Triggered is the wrong word to use here as Mike was the one triggered.”
Jessica filled David in on all the details.
David said that Michael is new and is a short-tempered guy. David asked for feedback so that they can improve their training program.
We were transferred to Michael so he could apologize. He faked an apology and still wouldn’t give Jessica her computer password. We were transferred back to David.
Jessica: “What. Is. The. PASSWORD. To. MY. Computer.?”
David: “Just try to gently treat me.”
David claimed the password was XXXX to trick her into restarting the computer and then they took control of it again.
Jessica: “Do my words land in your brain and do you comprehend what I’m saying?”
David couldn’t get the real password from Michael because he couldn’t control him.
Jessica: “F Michael. Put him in the dustbin. I don’t care about him.”
Jessica: “Take me to court if you need to. Send an army to the door. I dare you.”
David: “I am confused and I am so irated I feel like just bursting out.”
David finally got the password from Michael and Jessica was able to unlock her computer. Unfortunately, she noticed that her bank account was different than it should have been.
Jessica: “Why is my savings account only $68?”
She thought that Mike had already taken the money. Her savings had been transferred to the checking account but the money from GeekSquad was gone. So, everything is all better now!
David: “Are you trying to put me in a situation like Mike?”
David accused Jessica of hiding the money Michael sent.
David: “I will take it as a lesson of life.”
David tried to give Jessica a lesson on how karma works.
David: “I think I do deserve what I deserve.”
David claimed that Jessica must have a way to hide the transaction where she transferred out their money.
Jessica: “How are you deceived? Are you mistaking the word with defeated?”
David figured out how everything went wonky by looking at Jessica’s bank transactions more closely. It took him about half an hour to find a way to talk in circles enough to maybe possibly come up with a useless explanation for why Jessica still needed to send him money. He said his manager would call Jessica tomorrow morning but she needed to transfer $999 right now, which she refused to do because her bank account total was correct.
Jessica: “I’ve never seen so much children at play here.”
David: “I wish all the curses on you.”
David: “Why would I take a single penny that is yours?”
Jessica agreed to send the money but only on the condition that David beg for it.
Jessica: “Mean it.”
Jessica: “Tell me how bad you need the money. Beg me for it. Tell me, ‘I am a beggar and I need that money.’ Does the cat have your tongue?”
David: “I kindly request you send it, please.”
Jessica: “Act as if you are speaking to your queen and you are a peasant and you need the money.”
Jessica: “You do not control this game. I control this game.”
Jessica: “Karma’s a bitch. Remember.”
We booped in his silent, defeated face.

Adam was bothered by “the background noise, ‘aaahhnnnnhhh’.”
Bank account balances were all zero the first time she logged in. Money appeared when she logged in again.
Adam claimed that we have the Alureon virus on our computer.
Adam: “I do believe you are properly understand.”
