Jessica Wilson vs David – PayPal & Ken Richardson (Can Rich-ass-in) & Smith Jones – Chase Bank
Refund Amount $599
UltraViewer was used.
JC Penny Morgan Chase Bank
Ken Richardson from Chase Bank called us.
Ken explained that David was a scammer and told her to uninstall UltraViewer. He said that she needed to refresh her bank account.
Jessica asked Ken if she could upgrade to one of those “tap and smack” cards. He said that would come later.
Ken told Jessica to drive to her bank. He said that we would secure her accounts and “do an identity verification.”
Ken told Jessica to withdraw $10,000 cash from her bank account and to be sure that she keeps the receipt from the bank. We didn’t get the receipt but we did fill out a form. Ken said to bring the cash to the nearest BitCoin ATM.
Jessica felt that she should just be able to keep the cash in the 6-footer vault under her mattress but he said that there are certain procedures and that she needed to go to the ATM.
Ken explained that BitCoin is an electronical wallet and that it’s a better option than the under-mattress vault. Jessica didn’t feel comfortable walking into the store with all that cash. She felt that the vault under the mattress would be safer.
Ken: “You’re just beating around the bushes, ma’am.”
Ken said that the only way to verify her identity was to deposit the cash into the BitCoin machine. But Jessica felt that it wasn’t a good idea to trust the BitCoin or Chase Bank right now since it seemed that the banks had been compromised. She preferred to put the money in the vault under her mattress. When he wasn’t understanding what she wanted to do, she started saying she wanted to put the money in the Bank of the Mattress. He told her the BitCoin machine would put the money into the Bank of the Mattress for her. He assured her that it is both safe and adjustable (it can be stretched) and that it’s foam, 12 by 24.
We were transferred to a technician, Smith Jones.
He wants Jessica to put the money back into Chase Bank via the BitCoin machine, even though Ken said that her Chase account had been compromised.
Smith: “Ma’am, have you smoked something?”
Smith said that Jessica wasn’t understanding anything. He booped.
We tried calling him back but Ken wouldn’t come to the phone.

Jessica Wilson vs Adam Luke – Microsoft
Error message by Windows Defender Security Center
Jessica uses the app “One Plunge and Done” for internet security.
Adam walked Jessica through Windows Defender, etc.
Adam told Jessica to buy the Windows 10 Home Pro even though she already has Windows Pro. She wanted to know the difference between the two. The Pro has an update that she doesn’t have but she said that she’s paying for the best version already.
Jessica: “You pigeon. You listen to me. Stop trying to make me buy your crap.”
She didn’t feel she should buy the same software again.
Jessica: “Your stupid ass should be fixing my computer right now.”
Adam: “That’s what I’m doing.”
Jessica: “You’re trying to sell me something.”
Jessica refused to buy anything and just wants him to fix the computer. He booped.

Refund Amount $599
Transfer Amount $15,000
Chase Bank i_scientist
Roger doesn’t know how to treat a dog with respect, so he was bitten. Or maybe the dog could sense his cold, scammer heart and decided to take matters into his own hands. We think the dog did the right thing.
While Rinoa doesn’t think anything rude was said, Jessica heard Roger call her something very rude. She was disgusted and appalled.
Roger expressed that he was sorry from the depth of his heart.
Jessica said that she’d go to the bank and get the money but he needed to apologize properly. Chat wrote an eloquent apology letter which Roger read to Jessica.
Jessica: “I’m gonna get my Crocs and socks on.”
Jessica told Roger about the old commercial and jingle: “Drop on all fours and eat that food… Alpo!”
Roger: “Oh… it’s a dog food.”
Roger told Jessica to withdraw $13,500 cash at the bank. She said she’d call him back when she had the money and maybe she’ll stop for dinner on the way. We booped.
