Chase Bank MD_Melly Ckg $17,800 Sv $57,646.00

UltraViewer was used. He tried to use TeamViewer, then tried for AnyDesk. Reverse connection was rejected.

Derek said that her Facebook account was hacked by Russians.

Derek: “The Russian hackers have hacked your each and every detail.”

Laura: “Son of a kitten!”

Derek said there was a tiny banker trojan virus on her computer.

Laura: “What is this tiny dancer trojan?”

He “connected” Laura to “Chase Bank.”

The automated message wouldn’t allow her to reach a representative. He booped.

He called back and we were eventually connected with a “Chase Bank representative,” Andy Watson, who was actually a scammer connected to Derek.

He said that there was a charge from Siberia that was a “marshmallow” charge for $15,900. (We refused to acknowledge the words he actually used and Laura got him to say marshmallow instead.)

He said that they would remove the marshmallow transaction from her account. He booped.

We called Derek back and told him that the bank found the marshmallow transaction. He said that we need to make a duplicate account to refund the money.

He gave us account information for a Blue Ridge bank account for Laura to transfer money to. Rinoa reported the bank account.

We were transferred to Steve Wilson when Derek couldn’t connect to Laura’s computer.

He told Laura to avoid clicking on bad links but sausage links are fine.

Laura booped in his face so that she could call the bank.

We called back. They wouldn’t answer.
