Jeff was very angry that she didn’t send the parcel as he requested. He said that Robert isn’t available to pick up the parcel for 3 weeks. Rather said that there wasn’t a return address on it, so he needed to get there to pick it up. He said he would call us back after talking to his manager.

Ronald told her to go to her bank and transfer the money to his account. We booped so we could get ready. He gave us banking details, which we reported.

Jeff said someone hacked her computer.
Jeff said that he needed to disconnect his computer and bank account from hers today and that the parcel would be picked up “maybe tomorrow.”
Rather said that the other scammers downloaded something onto her computer. She said that his manager was buying Xbox giftcards on her Amazon account. He said that wasn’t his manager.
They purchased 6 giftcards ($100 each) because Jeff told her to turn on her computer. He said he would stop them. But the scammers had blocked all her access to her computer. She couldn’t do anything to stop them. She shut down her computer.
Jeff said that he couldn’t pick up the parcel and wanted her help to cancel it. But he had just said that someone could pick it up.

We spoke to Ronald again. He said that she should put the money into real estate.
Laura: “Is there a certain investment that I need?”
Laura: “I am not investing in real estate. I think you have the wrong number.”
The bank teller said that the “e-state, e-real estate, e-real state” doesn’t exist. The bank started asking questions. They said that there wasn’t a deposit of $47,000 on her account.
Ronald: “Drive to the another branch.”
Ronald said that he hid the transaction from the bank and told her what to do when she goes into the bank.
Ronald: “Don’t ask them the balance. Don’t verify anything.”
We booped in his face to go into the bank.
