CryptoCurrency is for Scammers...
Stream Timestamp [00:20:00]
LR vs Shawn Richardson (Shawn Witchardson) & Daniel Brown & Christopher White – Microsoft
UltraViewer was used.
LR had a Trojan virus message on her computer. Windows had temporarily blocked the computer.
Shawn explained Trojan viruses and IP addresses. He found only 5 hackers on her computer. He asked her to check her email inbox and delete all the trash and spam messages, then change the password for protection from the hackers.
He asked if she accessed the “multiple bank websites” at 4 a.m.-ish. He rattled off a half dozen bank names and phished for the one(s) she has. Then, he asked her to check her Chase account. She couldn’t do it because Shawn was holding the tab key and scrolling through all the links rapid-fire! He denied it, but Rinoa really was NOT doing it! He wanted her to close the browser but she couldn’t because the tab button was haywire.
Shawn asked if her information was stored on any websites that she used for shopping, then asked if she tried to purchase something at 5 a.m., because that’s when someone tried to buy “something illegal.” He said the purchase was prawnhub-net. Eww.
LR checked her bank statement. Shawn had finally let go of the tab key! He started phishing for debit card numbers starting with 4 or 5. He threatened to report the “case” to the state government for potential fraud and illegal activities.
LR asked him not to keep using the word ‘prawn’ography constantly. She wanted him to use “my mom” instead! But he misunderstood and said that he didn’t say anything about his mom. Not her mom, either.
He asked for the J P Morgan Chase customer service number. The usual call-switching ensued. He gave her his badge ID, case ID, and confirmed her email address to distract her and buy himself time. He said he would tell her how to remove the Trojan virus. The process would take 1-2 hours.
We booped so that “JP Morgan Bank” could call her back withing 2-3 minutes. When the call came in, it was identified as an ATM box calling her. Daniel Brown said that one of her accounts was marked as a “red flag.”
Daniel was going on about the ‘prawn’ subscription. It was for $18,526, done from her cell phone. He wanted to make a recording of her stating her name and that she did not make the purchase. LR unleashed on him! Daniel said that he had escalated the matter and wanted 4-5 minutes to work on it.
We were transferred to Christopher White from the fraud department of Chase, examining her “case.” Christopher put us on hold, then returned to say that the FTC told him how to handle her funds. He said she needed to encrypt her money using cryptocurrency. He called back on a better line, then immediately put her on hold. We were on hold for a long time, waiting on the FTC to tell him how to “secure the funds.”
After being on hold too long, we booped him. The call was going nowhere anyway. He called back many, many times but we didn’t answer.

Nancy Wheeler vs Jacob – PayPal billing department
Refund Amount $1,900 & $750
Jacob said he was going to “put a block” on the charges, then send an email to her bank’s fraud department, who will then get in touch with her. Her PayPal was suspended for 24 hours, and she must change her password. She said that she didn’t want to keep her PayPal account. He said that it would just stay suspended indefinitely.
He bailed and booped.

LR vs Microsoft from earlier today. Christopher was calling. He said that they couldn’t move the money directly from her account, so she needed to withdraw the funds ($18,500) and encrypt that money in digital currency. Once it was secured and they had proof, they would reimburse the money back into her Chase account. LR said she had heard about that, and that it’s for scammers. Fun arguing ensued. He provided instructions and directions on why/how to get to the Bitcoin ATM.
LR starts driving to the bank. While driving, he provided more instructions on how to lie, etc. She didn’t understand or agree with his instructions. He started to get angry. He demanded that she withdraw the money, THEN he would tell her what to do.
Against the bank’s advice, LR withdrew the cash. She offered to go to another Chase branch. Christopher didn’t like that!! He wanted her to go to a gas station ATM instead. He gave a convoluted explanation of the encryption and refund process, FTC, etc. The money must stay encrypted for five hours. He told her to go to a tobacco shop for the ATM instead. She really started to object to his requests. He put us on forever hold. We booped.

LR vs James Martin & Anthony Papa – Microsoft
AnyDesk was used.
She got a message about malware. He said that there was a breach on her network. She annoyed him while trying to get the computers connected.
We were transferred to Anthony Papa, the senior technician. He said that her IP address was compromised and that there was a Tiny Banker Trojan on her computer. He locked her inputs. When she complained about this, he said that he was installing securities and told her to check her bank account transactions.
We were transferred back to James. He said he was going to connect back to her, so she couldn’t control the computer again. There were 83 hackers on the computer!
We were transferred back to Anthony without warning. He kept talking about a “bad limit” of $9,800, a targeted amount of/by the hackers to steal from her. He said that they can take it out in many small amounts or a few (or one) large amount(s).
He asked if she had heard about crypto. She said she had heard that it was a scam. He agreed and said that it was good that she didn’t do that. He asked for details how how many credit cards she had and what brands they are. She said that they were all Mastercard, from Chase, Target, & Macy’s. He put us on hold while he spoke to his superiors.
He told his superiors about her cards, then asked what her credit limits were. He said they’ll be using American Express “securities” in her case. Microsoft had teamed up with them. She said that she heard on the news that gift cards were used by scammers too. She spoke about how the victims can’t eat or pay medical bills, etc, and how do the scammers live with themselves? He had no reaction. Disgusting!
Anthony told LR to fill in her name and other info for the American Express giftcards. She asked if she was buying them. He said that she wouldn’t be spending a penny. She filled in her personal information. Then, HE set the password for the account. She objected because she couldn’t access her own account without the password. He ignored her concerns and told her to get her credit card so that she could purchase the giftcards.
He was trying to buy a giftcard with a $2,970 card value, plus $17.85 fee, but he told her it would be changed to $0. He edited the HTML right in front of her so that it said $0! She objected to that, asking why she needed to enter her credit card info if there isn’t going to be a charge. She refused to fill it out. All he would say was that this process would return her private information to encrypted, or some such nonsense with brain-melting “logic.”
He asked if she had ever heard of Kitboga. She denied it. He told her to turn on her camera because she wasn’t cooperating. She refused. She demanded a photo of him instead, with his badge ID. He said he would send it to her but it sounded like he had just typed out his badge ID without a photo.
She asked if he was trying to scam her out of that large amount of money. He asked if she had bought the giftcards. She told him to get off her computer and called him a scammer. He said to come to her real voice and that he’ll watch for the YouTube video with him in it.
We booped in his face.
