We were transferred to Mark, whose phone had a terrible connection. He called us back from a better line.

Mark kept yawning. MR: “Was it a long night?”

When MR chastised him for using bad language and being rude, he apologized.

Mark: “I am so sorry for that, ma’am. I was out of my mind.”

Mark claimed to be Barak Obama and called MR some very rude names. He said some very rude things. He eventually booped.

Sam got the computers connected and got access to LR’s Amazon account.

LR didn’t like the fact that the computer kept updating.

She said that she needed to leave to go to a meeting but he said that her whole bank would be blocked if she hung up with him. He was super sus.
