Something was causing difficulties with the virtual machine and the host machine. We “got disconnected,” but he called back. We kept getting disconnected but he kept calling back.

 

One of those times, Mike called instead.

 

JW: “What’s your name, George?”

George: “Mike Wilson.”

 

The screen “went on secure mode.”

 

JW: “George, where’s the man with the yellow hat? He was on the screen earlier.  He was curious.”

 

JW: “You tennis racket! Why did you charge me $380?!”

 

He said he would refund the money using Bank of America.

 

There were so many numbers entered into the banking server!

He told her to make a domestic wire transfer to return his company’s money, even though he wished that he could let her keep it.

 

We were transferred to the senior supervisor of the accounts team, Richard Dawson.

 

He attempted a Zelle transfer but struggled with her bank. He found a Chase Bank account on her computer but she didn’t want to use that one.

 

JW: “Do you have a walnut up there or is it a solid skull?”

Richard: “There are a lot of things here, ma’am.”

 

Richard likes Chocobar ice cream. She likes onion flavor. He has never swallowed a marble or put one in his nose.

 

JW: “How often do you eat flies?”

 

They got the transfer, but it was going to be 3 working days, which wasn’t OK with him.

 

JW: “What happened, Fly Muncher?”

 

Richard wanted to go fetch the ball like a dog. He wanted to know our YouTube channel. He said we were playing a very old trick. He bailed and booped.

 

George called us back. George had asked for a photo of her ID. He asked about it again.  We sent it to him. It was a photo of a seagull. When he got that, it brought up our whole chat history from the last time we spoke to him, days ago. He called back and asked for the license again. She “accidentally” sent her son’s driver’s license. He bailed and booped again but called back.

 

We reminded him that he would get his money in 3 days.

 

George called back but said not to play games with him.

 

JW: “It’s corrected for privacy! The bird did it.”

 

When asked why he is a scammer, he said his mom has breast cancer and he needs the money to save his mom. He also got his heart broken at 14 years old. He’s now 23 and hasn’t moved on. Blah, blah, blah, blah… blatantly obvious fictious sob story. He’s not a skilled liar.

 

He said that he would do honest work if it was an option. She told him to call her once he was out of work and she would help him get some freelance work. He said he would call because he’s “a very good person by heart.”

We’re confused about an invoice we got.

The computers were connected and the form was filled out, but the refund didn’t hit the bank account. We were transferred to Adam Parker, senior refund officer.

 

F7 strikes again!!

 

He had a lengthy conversation with his boss, which freaked JW out. He mentioned the Better Business Bureau!!

 

She’s an experienced Yelp reviewer.

 

Someone was snoring in the background, but he kept worrying about getting his company’s money back.

 

We were transferred to Alan Fletcher after we found out that someone was sleeping instead of working diligently on this problem.

 

He wouldn’t tell her why he didn’t ask any questions, but went straight to calling the FBI about it. He told her not to argue nonsense things. He bailed and booped and will be getting a 1/10 of a star Yelp review for his poor service.
