Mary said that there were log-ins to her account from both California and Florida. There was a bridge in her network hair.

We were transferred to James. He cancelled the fraudulent charges.

He said that he would create a dummy ID for her for verification.

He told her to add money to the Zelle account but will be able to transfer it back once the dummy transaction is complete. He was all kinds of shady and clicked on transfer to try to steal her money right in front of her. She said she needed to call her bank and booped in his face.

He called back, but we were on the phone with the bank, so we didn’t answer. We eventually answered, after our bank refunded the transfer. He swore on his soon-to-be-born child that he would never steal our money. We called him out as a liar and a scammer and said he should be ashamed of himself. He eventually booped when he realized that there was no saving this call.

Jordan found hackers on our computer. She pointed out many potential problems. She explained the difference between white hat and black hat hackers but didn’t know why they don’t wear wigs instead. A virus was found, too.

When she said that hackers were monitoring her devices, she started talking directly to the hackers, telling them to leave her devices alone. But Jordan explained that they had created a secure network for us. Then, she explained what the Simba virus was.

We were transferred to Max Root, who really wanted to say some words that we didn’t want to hear. We told him that Nora had already scanned the computer, etc. He said he needed to make a barrier around her network.

He tried to explain what IP is simply, but it only got more confusing. And then he was trying to get us to buy something at auction, and was talking about devices, and didn’t want us to buy anything without him telling us to.

He kept talking about MRP as if we should know what that means. Apparently, it’s Microsoft Refund Policy, but who would know that???

We were looking at options to buy IP addresses for thousands of dollars. It was quite confusing.

We were transferred to Nora Jordan when Max needed to take his medications…. Possibly due to the headache we were causing him. She prefers a side cut hotdog bun… because she’s a horrible person.

We were transferred back to Max, who wanted us to purchase the $18,000 auction option. He said that the money would be refunded after 5 business days.

Max has worked this job for 18 years but can’t handle a customer who doesn’t let him speak. Max’s girlfriend died and his dogs miss him and there’s no logical solution that he won’t reject. He said that his managers were going to send us an invoice for the amount due. We booped in his face after telling him we’d talk to him after that invoice comes through.
