MR vs Jennifer Brown & Joseph Wayne (or Jordan) — McAfee
Refund Amount: $399.99; then $500.00
Scam Amount: $50,000.00
Customer ID# 610887331
All of the downloads were duds, every single one of them.
MR: Yes, that would be helpful, if you could transfer me to someone who knows what they are doing.
We were transferred to her manager, Joseph. He told us to fill out the 3D refund form. We were relieved because a 2D form is just so subpar.
Joseph was trying to explain what was going on but Margaret said that it was “utter gibberish.”
He said that he thought our bank account was fake. However, once she said that it was a real account, he proceeded with the scam, using his very best acting skills.
He told her to go to her bank and withdraw $49,500 cash. She said that she would call her bank to get it situated. We booped in his face. He called back but we didn’t answer. We suspect that he was stress-burping while calling us back multiple times.

MR vs Henry & Morris – GeekSquad
Refund Amount: $479.99; $379.99
Scam Amount: $37,999.00
This scammer seemed to be in training. He told a coworker that MR talks a lot. The form took a while to process.
Henry transferred us to Morris because he couldn’t handle MR’s chatty nature. Morris handled MR’s talking better than Henry, but there was still a blender…
MR couldn’t go to the bank without asking her son to drive her. He tried to find ways around involving her son, but she kept trying to bring him into it. He insisted that she not involve her son. She finally relented and said that she would drive to the bank herself. He had pitiful excuses as to why she couldn’t call her son about it.
Call got disconnected but he called back. He told us to call a cab. We did and then called him back. He told her to tell the bank that she was going to buy a car for her son when the bank asked why she was withdrawing the cash. She said that she didn’t want to buy a car as well as paying him back.
We told him that we were waiting for the cab and booped in his face. We called him back when we arrived at the bank.
His phone was breaking up terribly and, when we said we couldn’t hear him, he asked for our YouTube channel name.
We tried to call them back later and they wouldn’t answer after they had called us back several times, but we were on another call.

MR vs Jake & Kevin Ford — PayPal
Refund Amount: $595.99; then $2,790.88
He discovered a hacking problem on her IP address.
He told her to charge her cell phone. He put us on hold. When he came back on the line, he told us to hold on while he completes a scan.
MR: How long will it take for you to complete the scam?
He found that there were 11 hackers on her network.
MR: What are you wearing now, Jake from PayPal?
Jake: I’m wearing formals. I’m wearing shirt and pants.
We were transferred to Kevin.
MR: Was that an elephant?
Kevin: It was a siren to indicate that there is a new case like yours.
MR: I couldn’t make out the difference whether it was a siren, a fart, or an elephant.
His phone connection was very poor. He blamed it on the hackers.
He found a charge for $2,790.88. He said that he sent info to our bank to let them know there was a hacking problem.
We were transferred to Roger Scott. He said something about $1,500.
After we got the domestic bank details (which Rinoa was able to report), we called him out on trying to steal our money. He bailed and booped once he was busted.
We tried to call back Henry & Morris. We thought they were returning our call, but it was actually Kevin calling us back. We called him out as Bob. He bailed and booped.
