Just Joe got the computers connected. He told us about the different protection plans and their prices. We couldn’t decide on which plan to choose. We were transferred to the billing manager, Daniel. We discussed the prices and options with him. He really wanted us to buy the 2-year plan, but we decided on the 1-year plan. We were transferred back to Just Joe. We had more questions about shorter-term plans. When she finally decided what to purchase, he said that she needed to buy the giftcard on Amazon to pay for it. We had many questions.

We had already paid $500, which needed to be refunded. But we had to purchase the security plan separately.

We were transferred to Thomas Anderson. He initiated the refund, but it didn’t work. Thomas likes basic birds. He has a “golden macow” parrot. Her favorite bird is a scamadoo.

Thomas wasn’t very concerned about the blunder. CW was very concerned and became impatient with him. He yelled at her, then asked about her YouTube channel. She told him to look up Mr. Beast’s channel. He said that she was a parrot. She thanked him, because her mother always said she looked like a parrot and liked the compliment.

He accused her of scamming others. He bailed and booped.

John got the computers connected using a gg url.

We were transferred to Michael, who sounded too much like Kermit the Frog.

He kept telling us to wait… eventually CW lost her patience with his commands and his constant response of “wait.”

Kermit was very concerned about the accidental transfer amount.

Kermit: Yes, I have accepted the butt.

He went to talk to Donald Baker, his manager.

CW thought that she should send the money back to him by carrier pigeon. He didn’t think that would work. He told her to withdraw $9,500 hard cash from her bank. Kermit did a terrible job of giving CW directions. She shut down her computer because he said to, but then he said to turn it back on.

Kermit tried to give CW a bunch of rules on what to do in the bank. She withdrew the cash and he said to go to a BitCoin ATM. While she was away from the house, he was trying to access her bank account on her computer, possibly trying to get onto her Chase account.

CW: Do you still wear diapers?

Kermit: Absolutely not.

CW: Is there a reason for that?

We “lost connection” while driving because he didn’t want to chat while we drove. He called us back. Kermit wanted a photo of the cash, so we sent him a photo of Kermit the Frog with cash. He said that it wasn’t what he was expecting, but still told us to drive to the BitCoin ATM. We booped on the way.
