Stream Timestamp [00:22:06]

NW vs Kevin Johnson & Sam Gomez (Sam Kevin) & Mary Ross (Mary Rose / Burpzilla) – Norton

Refund Amount: $400.00; $100 first

Scam Amount: $9,600

AnyDesk was used.

NW called Norton Support to cancel subscription she didn’t make. Kevin Johnson connected to her computer with Anydesk and sent the cancellation form, which NW completed and submitted.

We were transferred to the Billing Department Manager, Sam Gomez. We were transferred to Sam’s higher authority, Mary Ross.  Mary verified information and burped, so we didn’t want to speak to her. We were transferred back to Sam Gomez, who Mary mistakenly refers to as Sam Kevin.  Sam had NW fill out the refund form on CMD screen. The refund of $399.99 was rounded up to $400, by Sam, and divided into two transactions of $100 then $300.  The server didn’t recognize dots and $10,000 went into NW’s checking account.

While trying to understand what she needed to do to remedy the situation, she realized that the charge was no longer in her checking account and it looked like the money was just transferred from her savings account to her checking account. He quickly hid the bank account behind the updating screen. He didn’t want her to check the balances on her phone. He said the account “will be block” if she did that.

He tried to give her the steps she needed to take to remedy the situation, but he wasn’t clear about each step. We were transferred to Mary Ross, who tried to explain each and everything. She let out a very smelly burp, earning her the name “Burpzilla.” NW suggested that Mary treat the stupid server the same way that Ol’ Yeller was treated in that old movie.

We were transferred to Sam Kevin/Kevin Sam. She expressed her sympathies for the fact that he had two first names. He told her to go to the bank and withdraw cash, but she was concerned about the limit of cash she can withdraw from the ATM.

Step 1: you need to go to the bank drive thru

Step 2: ask the teller at the drive thru that I want to withdraw 9600 dollar from my checking account ending with 7653

Step 3: take the cash, get out of the drive thru and let me know, I’ll always be with you on the line throughout the process to help you get everything done

NW became frustrated because they kept hiding the screen and locking her control of the computer. The bank accounts looked wrong again and he said that it was because she was clicking on things that she shouldn’t be clicking on. We were transferred back to Mary Burpzilla. NW told Burpzilla that she thought Sam Kevin was “doing the fraud and deserves to sit behind the bars.”

Mary was overburping out of disrespect. We were transferred to Sam Kevin, who said she had hiccups due to the situation. He wouldn’t click on the savings account. Instead, the updating screen came up. When she refreshed the page, she saw the savings account balance was too low. Sam kept pretending not to see the incorrect amount. She said he was trying to steal money from her and called him a scammer. He said that the money was showing, so he wasn’t trying to steal anything.

He asked her how she was going to send the money back. She closed the bank account. He got angry at her for that. She said she wasn’t going to return the money because it wasn’t there. He said that the money was there… she saw it. He said so. He accused her of being on drugs.

NW used the server to ask questions of it so she could finally get truthful answers. The server told her that Sam was responsible for authorizing the refund. She asked it, “Is Sam a scammer?” She waited for the server to respond with the truth. Because the server knows everything. She tried telling the server to return the money, but it couldn’t. The server told her “ask the person on the line to help you.” NW wanted to know how the server knew who she was and that she was on the phone with something. It didn’t know the meaning of life. The correct answer was 42.

The battery in her phone died. We booped.

He pulled up the notepad on her computer and typed, “the line got disconnected.” She typed, “My phone has died.” He responded, “Connect the charger.”

They talked about songs and stars and what the server knows while the phone charged up a bit. He told her to wait until her battery was charged halfway. While she wasn’t supposed to be paying attention, the computer started to update again. He told her not to do anything.

He put a photo of Celine Dion on her computer and asked if she thought she was hot. So, NW put a photo of a squirrel on her computer and asked him if he thought the squirrel was hot. He didn’t appreciate her sense of humor.

He asked if she had CashApp. She didn’t. No Venmo either. We booped in his face so that we could call our bank and get it all figured out.

He called back. She said that she would call him back when she got to the bank. He wanted her to send the cash in the mail. He said that his higher authority said he needed to stay on the line with her or they would get “pissed on” him. She asked if they would “piss on” him and he got upset.

Sam wanted her to believe that he was a good person. He had a job, earned his own money, was a father, went to church, was a good neighbor, and didn’t commit crimes. But he sometimes smoked.

We shut down the computer so that we could head to the bank. He got mad at us again. We booped in his face. He called back and we booped in his face again. He called back yet again. We stayed on the phone this time, but we put him on mute. He booped and called back several times, but we didn’t answer. He tried to lock her computer.

We spoke to him when we got the cash from the bank. He said he was going to get an address for us, but then he told us to go to the BitCoin ATM. NW called him many names (including scammer) and then booped. He called back several times, but we didn’t answer. We sent him a text asking for the address but didn’t respond to him.
