ST received a McAfee email with a charge of $435.35. ST wanted to cancel. David, the scammer, connected to computer with support client. Keyboard was not working and had to restart. David said he had “worked” there for 7 years. It’s his dream “job.”  He “likes to party on a yatch” (yacht). 

The call was transferred to the billing department, John Sherman. ST checked her bank account for the refund, but it was not there. Update screen.  John had also “worked” there 7 years.  Creepy guy John said ST’s camera didn’t work.  Back to the bank site, there was an internal transfer for $20,000. John asked how her YouTube channel was going and booped.

He may have been sus about the camera on the laptop/computer being disabled.
