 JW wanted to cancel subscription. Connected with Screen Connect client, sent cancellation form, which was filled out and submitted.

 

Steven said to open her bank account, but the refund was not received. We were transferred to Adam Parker, senior banking officer.  Adam tried selling the Norton subscription at $150.00 and he claimed to “remove viruses” temporarily.  He said would refund her money.  The CMD screen used as the “Norton refund server.”  

 

Adam called back from his direct line because they were disconnected.  He divided the refund into two parts. First portion of the refund was $110.00.  He asked if she was talking to James and read a message he put on her notepad about being James from Microsoft. He said she was being scammed and needed gift cards and that Scammer Payback was on her computer.  He instructed her to log out of her computer. He claimed that her identity had been compromised.  He wanted JW to return money ($10,600.00) to them while the computer was logged off.

 

Adam got impatient and rude when overtalked by JW.  JW offered to call her bank and sort this out.  Adam’s rude behavior continued. 

JW: “You have the dance floor. Bust a move.”

Radio silence from Adam.  We booped, and he called back.

Adam asked if JW was Rinoa Poison and booped.

After M gave Thomas a very long ref Id, he left us on a very long hold.

M vs Kevin Smith (Mr. Single Cell)  & Shane Dawson – Norton (same center as the last call)

Refund Amount: $572.23

 

M called the same number as before with shorter ID number. Kevin said he would help cancel a subscription received by M in an email. 

 

M: I’m opening the file, you single cell organism. 

 

Mr. Single Cell requested M fill out a form.  Then, he wanted M to log into her bank and check for the link for the refund.  No link. 

 

We were transferred to the accounting team.

M: Thank you so much, Butt Nugget.

He had her enter the password and then the blue screen went up. 

 

We were transferred to Shane Dawson picked up, asked her name and then asked if she was a blogger or on YouTube.

Shane: I know you.

 

Then, he continued with the scam after no reaction from her.  He asked for her to log into her account again after a long hold.  Shane then accused her of having a fake account. And again with the YouTube channel accusation.  He tried to say that Jim Browning was working with them.  He questioned her name and started speaking Hindi and asked for Pierogi.  As per usual, he sounded like an insane scammer.  He did not like being called a “broke boi.”  After a long hold, we booped.

JW vs Sam Harper (Herpes) & James Williams & Jack Dawson — McAfee

Refund Amount: $579.00

Scam Amount: $9,421.00

 

JW received an email from McAfee for a charge of $579.00. Sam said this order was made by John Michaels from Georgia, DC.  She wanted to cancel. Sam sent the cancellation form after connection to her computer. After being referred to as Herpes by her, Sam answered to new names.

JW: Your name was Mr. HardPart?

Sam: yes ma’am.

 

We were transferred to the accounts department. James Williams from the refund department picked up.  He connected her with the World Bank portal, which was the CMD screen.  He broke the refund into two parts: $100 first, then $479. 

 

James said that $10,000 was missing from their account.

James: What the hell?

She received $10,000 into her account.

JW: “What the hell?” 

 

Then, James had a “conversation” on another line with himself, pretending it was a manager.  He would not give his manager’s name. But he transferred her to Jack Dawson, senior refund manager. 

He didn’t like being over talked by JW but kept on with scam. She had to return the money in an alternative way. The phone started ringing on Jack’s side. JW left brief message. Jack called back to continue the scam.  He asked how far her bank was, booped, and called back. 

 

He cussed a lot in Hindi. He threatened to leave James in jail.

James was not in jail. He got on the phone and requested that she listen to Jack.  No response, so we booped and called back.  It was a magic Jack voice message.  Number was reported.
